Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Products Liability Attorney to join the nationally recognized Products Liability Practice Group of a premier global law firm.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- At least 15 years of experience in products liability litigation, toxic tort litigation, and commercial litigation
- Significant experience managing cases independently
- Experience handling multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical, and case management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Strong work ethic and collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Outstanding client service skills
- Active bar membership in the state where practicing and either Washington or California
