About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our Clinical Customer Care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance, support, and resolution to customer inquiries, leveraging your knowledge of pharmacy operations, laws, and regulations. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively collaborate with teammates, customers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from Customer Care associates, providing expert guidance and support to resolve customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to customers, addressing their concerns and providing personalized solutions
- Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of Amazon Pharmacy policies, procedures, and products
- Collaborate with teammates to resolve customer complaints, investigate quality issues, and implement process improvements
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information, adhering to Amazon's high standards of data protection and security
Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain a New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy Technician license on Day 1 of hire (Amazon will assist with licensing)
- Reside and work in the state of New Hampshire or Massachusetts
- Meet minimum work-from-home requirements, including a dedicated, private workspace with reliable internet connectivity
- Preferred: Active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License from the board of Pharmacy, CPhT certification, and experience in pharmacy and billing
