Omni Lab is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who specializes in paid search and paid social strategies for high-growth B2B SaaS companies. The role involves managing and optimizing paid media programs, identifying new strategies, and ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day campaign management, budgets, and optimizations across paid search and paid social in support of client goals, in partnership with our search and media leads
- Proactively identifying and pitching new strategies — bidding approaches, creative and copy tests, audience segmentation, campaign structures — to keep programs ahead of the curve, not just running on autopilot
- Owning the full optimization cycle: hypothesize, execute, measure, iterate, with a bias toward speed and rigor over 'set it and forget it'
- Managing day-to-day communication with internal teams and platform partners, including best practices, presentation decks, strategy plans, and ad-hoc requests
- Sharing co-ownership of client communications around paid media strategy, implementation, and reporting
- Daily engagement within search and social platforms to pull reporting, assess performance, and monitor trends across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and third-party tools
- Proactively researching campaign issues and formulating actionable, testable solutions based on findings
- Connecting paid media performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just platform-level metrics
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media, with meaningful depth in both paid search and paid social
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- A track record of proactively identifying optimization opportunities and turning them into tested strategies, not just executing a pre-set plan
- Comprehensive awareness of the paid media landscape and familiarity with digital marketing as a whole
- Comfortable analyzing data from multiple platforms and stitching it into a coherent story for client meetings
- Understanding of how to run reports and analyze data in Salesforce & HubSpot to connect spend to pipeline and revenue
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities at once
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-starter qualities
- Adaptable to change, comfortable in a fast-moving, small-team environment
- Willingness to think outside the box and push past traditional campaign structures
