This role is for someone who wants to shape how companies use DATABRICKS to unlock business results and drive meaningful client impact.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline, from early conversations through close, with a clear line of sight to revenue goals
- Grow and strengthen our DATABRICKS relationship so both sides see more pipeline, more collaboration, and more wins
- Set and own our joint business plan with DATABRICKS, ensuring both organizations stay aligned on priorities and revenue outcomes
- Spot and shape the right opportunities, connecting DATABRICKS’s capabilities with client needs and OneMagnify’s expertise
- Stay sharp on industry shifts, AI advancements, and DATABRICKS’s roadmap, and use that insight to shape smarter conversations with clients and partners
Skills
- Must generate $2 million in new revenue annually
- Direct experience working in or around the DATABRICKS ecosystem
- Created and owned joint marketing programs focused on lead generation
- 6+ years in enterprise or partner/channel sales, ideally with BI technology partners or VAR/SI environments
- A track record of selling professional services, digital transformation, or data/AI-led solutions
- Experience selling into B2B and/or B2B2C organizations with a strong grasp of industry nuances
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to confidently engage executives, partner teams, and client stakeholders
- Understanding of AI readiness, data modernization, or MDM
