In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and innovation of partner programs, focusing on delivering an exceptional partner experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage a world-class partner program from the ground up, with a focus on continuous innovation and improvement
- Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our partner portal to ensure a seamless and engaging partner experience
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner programs and initiatives, providing regular reports to stakeholders
- Develop and deliver training and enablement resources to empower our partners to succeed
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our partner programs
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in partner program management, preferably in the cybersecurity or identity security space
- Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and innovating partner programs
- Demonstrated experience in building and enhancing partner portals, with a strong focus on user experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for partner success
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
