We are looking for a reliable and friendly Virtual Support Agent to assist customers and provide online support through chat, email, or calls. Your main responsibility is to help customers with their questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or phone
- Provide accurate information about products or services
- Solve common customer issues with patience and professionalism
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Follow support processes and meet daily/weekly performance targets
- Deliver excellent and friendly service in every interaction
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay calm, polite, and positive while assisting customers
- Basic computer knowledge and fast typing speed
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Time management skills and ability to work independently
- Previous customer service/support experience is a plus (not required)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools or tasks
