Working remotely on a 3rd shift schedule (11pm-7am), you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, processing loan applications, and providing timely solutions to customer concerns. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers, providing timely and effective support for loan inquiries and payment arrangements.
