Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. USALCO is a leading provider of aluminum-based component products serving various industries. They are seeking an Outbound Growth Representative to drive outbound prospecting into municipal water and wastewater utilities and industrial accounts, generating qualified opportunities for their sales team.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Build and run multi-touch cadences in Salesloft
- Research and enrich target accounts using ZoomInfo, identifying regulatory and operational pressures that create urgency for water treatment solutions
- Qualify prospects against defined criteria and book qualified discovery meetings
- Translate account research into tailored outreach and talk tracks
- Support conference and event preparation to increase booth traffic and prospect engagement
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of activity and contacts in Salesforce
- Report on activity volume and qualified meetings booked
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and qualified-meeting targets
- Partner with Water Treatment Specialists to refine target account tiers and messaging
- Work with marketing to sharpen ideal customer profile and outbound campaigns
- Hand off qualified meetings cleanly to Water Treatment Specialists

- Comfort with high-volume phone-based and email outreach

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Willingness to learn Salesforce, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude to support and automate sales workflows
- 0–2 Years Experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Salesloft (or comparable), and ZoomInfo
- Experience with high-volume cold calling into target accounts
- Familiarity with water treatment, environmental regulation, or municipal/utility selling
