Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking an experienced OFSAA Consultant to join a leading banking client on a long-term remote engagement. The role requires extensive experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications and involves leading implementation cycles and collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation cycles of the OFSDF PFT module for large financial sector clients
- Configure, execute, and monitor OFSAA batches through the OFSAA User Interface and Command Line Utility
- Troubleshoot batch execution failures, data processing issues, and system performance bottlenecks
- Design, develop, and maintain data sourcing and integration processes from multiple source systems
- Work with ETL/ELT tools such as ODI, Informatica, OWB, or similar technologies to load and transform financial data
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective technical solutions aligned with banking industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and production support
- Present technical solutions and recommendations to client technical teams and stakeholders
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement preventive measures
- Ensure data quality, system integrity, and compliance with enterprise standards throughout the implementation lifecycle
Skills
- Proven experience with end-to-end implementation of the OFSDF PFT module for large financial services clients in the United States
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
- Expertise in: OFSAA UI configuration and administration, Command Line Utility (CLU), Batch configuration, execution, and monitoring, Batch troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Strong experience with data sourcing and integration from multiple source systems
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools such as: Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Informatica, Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB), Other enterprise ETL tools
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with client technical teams
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain is highly preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Oracle Financial Services implementations
- Strong understanding of financial data models and banking business processes
- Experience working in Agile and enterprise project environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
