Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a liaison for software users, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of systems capabilities and Medicaid business operations to inform data-driven decisions
- Complete Medicaid regulatory reporting as required, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Utilize geo-access software to identify gaps in provider/member access and inform strategic initiatives
- Conduct provider directory audits related to Medicaid services, ensuring data integrity and quality
- Promote teamwork and collaboration within the department, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Effectively resolve intricate Medicaid data challenges, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of systems capabilities and Medicaid business operations, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical abilities, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Experience with Medicaid network regulatory reporting and familiarity with geo-access software is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the capability to manipulate large data sets and perform complex data analysis
- A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required, along with a minimum of three years of relevant business analysis experience in Medicaid
