They are seeking a versatile, hands-on marketer to drive lead generation and brand visibility initiatives globally, focusing on content creation and project management.
Responsibilities
- Draft blogs, articles, website content and other thought leadership materials
- Grow our Linkedin footprint through compelling posts and active engagement with relevant groups and communities
- Develop customer success stories, testimonials and case studies
- Support product launches, announcements and integrated marketing campaigns
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and nurture programs
- Support campaign execution, reporting and performance analysis
- Collaborate with the wider team on video content production, editing coordination and distribution
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats including articles, social posts, email campaigns and video snippets
- Work with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into engaging, accessible content
- Update and maintain website content
- Support SEO initiatives and content optimisation efforts
- Support sponsorship planning and event logistics
- Assist with delegate outreach campaigns and event-related lead generation initiatives
- Support award submissions and industry recognition programs
- Assist with public relations initiatives and media opportunities
- Help maximise marketing value and follow-up activities from industry events
- Coordinate projects across internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, Client Services and Leadership teams
- Ensure marketing initiatives are executed accurately and on schedule
- Support documentation and continuous improvement of marketing processes
- Help manage marketing systems, tools and workflows
- Take ownership of day-to-day marketing initiatives and ensure projects continue progressing when the Marketing Director is unavailable
- Act as a reliable second point of contact for marketing activities across the business
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing, content marketing, digital marketing or a related role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong content creation and editing capabilities
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with common marketing platforms and productivity tools
- Experience in B2B SaaS, financial technology or financial services
- Experience with SEO and content optimisation
- Experience supporting webinars, conferences or industry events
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity and content creation
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
