Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Investigo is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join a high-performing Machine Learning Science team. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling large-scale model development and will work closely with machine learning scientists, computational biologists, and software engineers.
Responsibilities
- Building scalable deep learning pipelines and deploying AI/ML systems in cloud-based environments
- Enabling large-scale model development using complex, high-dimensional datasets
- Supporting cutting-edge research in areas such as genomics, disease detection and advanced computational biology
- Designing, optimising and deploying the infrastructure required to support robust, reproducible and scalable model training and inference
- Leveraging GPU-accelerated computing environments to enable efficient training and deployment of large-scale deep learning models
Skills
- Strong experience building scalable deep learning pipelines
- Experience deploying AI/ML systems in cloud-based environments
- Experience with large-scale model development using complex, high-dimensional datasets
- Experience supporting research in areas such as genomics, disease detection and advanced computational biology
- Hands-on experience with GPU hardware
- Experience with distributed training frameworks
- Experience with performance optimisation techniques
