Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iShift is looking for experienced M365 Support Engineers to support a large-scale Microsoft 365 migration project. The ideal candidates will provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot post-migration issues, and assist end users in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for Microsoft 365 users
- Troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Outlook, and Windows 11
- Support Microsoft 365 migration activities and resolve post-migration issues
- Assist with device provisioning, application deployment, and Intune management
- Participate in migration support bridges and provide real-time troubleshooting
- Work closely with the migration team to ensure a smooth end-user experience
Skills
- 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong L1/L2 troubleshooting experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Windows 11
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application deployment
- Experience assisting users during and after Microsoft 365 migrations
- Knowledge of user provisioning, authentication, and access management
- Ability to troubleshoot desktop, application, and migration-related issues
- Experience with Quest Migration Manager (Quest ME)
- Windows 11 reimaging and endpoint support
- Field technician experience is a plus
- Strong customer support and communication skills
