The Leaves Administrator is responsible for managing day-to-day leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state leave laws, and providing solutions to employees regarding their leave requests. Responsibilities • Teammate leave information in absence tracking software, performing tasks to ensure accuracy of teammate leaves of absence, and determining eligibility and analyzing certification documents for validity all while verifying that the Company is in accordance with federal and state leave policies. • Initiates and/or coordinates any ADA interaction based off the business line processes. • Assists payroll in the coordination of PTO, Paid Parental Leave, and disability by auditing payroll transactions, disability payments, and absence tracking database for accuracy and compliance. • Processes returns to work (RTW) in a timely and accurate manner to ensure teammate status is updated and payroll is processed. • Assists with system and integration testing. • Other duties and projects as assigned; may serve as back up for Worker’s Compensation when needed.
