Responsibilities
- Driving new business and expanding existing key accounts
- Managing and growing high-value dairy relationships
- Positioning genetics as a commercial investment, not a commodity
- Using herd data and performance insights to close value-led sales
- Representing the business at trade shows and industry events
- Feeding market intelligence back into leadership and strategy
Skills
- Experience in dairy genetics, AI, reproduction, or herd management sales
- Experience in a consultative B2B sales role in the dairy industry
- A dairy background with a strong commercial edge
- Ability to drive new business and expand existing key accounts
- Ability to manage and grow high-value dairy relationships
- Ability to position genetics as a commercial investment, not a commodity
- Ability to use herd data and performance insights to close value-led sales
- Ability to represent the business at trade shows and industry events
- Ability to feed market intelligence back into leadership and strategy
- Commercially minded and results-driven
- Credible with producers
- Enjoy being on-farm and owning conversations
- Ability to turn trust into long-term revenue
- Spanish language skills are a plus, not essential
