The IT Services Cybersecurity Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with clients, identify their technology and cybersecurity needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their business operations.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up leads to identify potential clients
- Meet planned sales targets and work towards achieving company growth goals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our IT cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services
- Prepare proposals and send documentation to potential clients for signature
- Negotiate contracts with potential clients to ensure mutual satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients
Skills
- Solid understanding of the sales process
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience as a sales representative
- Ability to learn new cybersecurity services/products and programs
- Technical aptitude along with computer hardware, software, solutions, and/or network knowledge
- Working knowledge of HubSpot
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly motivated
- Reliable and honest with a strong work ethic
- Active listening and excellent communication skills
- Committed to excellence with a winning attitude
- Consultative sales experience in a managed services company
