Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kamehameha Schools is seeking an aspiring investor to join their Investment Management Group. The role involves providing analytical support on a diversified global portfolio and collaborating with the investment team to conduct research and perform complex analyses.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and deliver timely and accurate quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports to investment leadership
- Manage individual work across multiple asset classes and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Participate in external manager and reference meetings and calls to capture accurate and insightful notes
- Contribute questions and insight in external manager and internal investment team meetings
- Form high quality external industry relationships
- Assist in training of new members to the analyst team
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services, consulting, or related professional setting
- Strong quantitative and modeling skills
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently, in a team and across multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated interest in investing
