About the Role
Home Health NY is hiring LMSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPs, and currently enrolled MSW, MFT, and MHC interns for a part-time, fully remote position conducting phone-based intake assessments for new patients. Licensed clinicians must hold a valid NYS license — interns are welcome to apply from any state.
This is an outbound calling role. You'll be conducting structured initial intake assessments by phone, performing high-volume outreach, and getting patients set up for ongoing care. We provide the caseload — your focus is working efficiently and keeping things moving.
Compensation is based on licensure and experience and will be discussed on an individual basis, with a baseline expectation of 25 completed intakes per week — typically about 10–12 hours per week.
What You'll Do
• Conduct structured initial intake assessments by phone
• Perform high-volume outbound outreach to new patients
• Complete intakes efficiently and move fluidly between calls
• Prepare patients for transition into ongoing care
• Complete timely, accurate documentation
What We're Looking For
• LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LP (NYS licensed), or currently enrolled intern (any state)
• Strong phone presence and comfortable in a high-volume calling environment
• Able to move efficiently from one interaction to the next
• Reliable and consistent with outreach
• Can commit to roughly 10–12 hours per week
Nice to Have (not required)
Bilingual Spanish is a plus but absolutely not a requirement
Pay: $60.00 - $100.00 per hour
