Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer calls in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work effectively in a remote setting, maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve business objectives and improve processes
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin
- Previous experience in a large call center or high-volume customer service environment
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, including evenings and weekends (1-2 Saturdays per month)
- Strong internet connection and a quiet, private workspace at home
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with touch typing skills
- Ability to work on dual screens with continuous inbound calls
- Experience working remotely is desirable
- Must pass a full background check, TB test, and drug screen upon acceptance of job offer
- Annual flu, Hep-B, and COVID vaccines are required, or you can decline with a signature
