Medasource is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to support a large-scale rollout of a billing and practice management platform across their client's national network of urgent care facilities. This role involves leading end-to-end implementations, ensuring successful deployment, minimal disruption to billing operations, and strong user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of a billing system across assigned urgent care locations and franchise groups
- Execute a standardized implementation playbook , adapting as needed by site or ownership group
- Manage multiple concurrent deployments , ranging from single-site to multi-site rollouts
- Serve as the primary liaison between franchise stakeholders, corporate, and Zotec
- Drive go-live readiness , including coordination of training and adoption efforts
- Oversee key activities related to system integration, data migration, and validation
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting timelines, data integrity, and revenue cycle performance
Skills
- 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT or revenue cycle systems
- Proven experience leading billing or practice management system implementations
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows (claims, coding, reimbursements)
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business users
- Background in urgent care, ambulatory, or physician practice settings
- Familiarity with Experity, Zotec, or similar EHR/billing platforms
- Experience working within multi-site or franchise-based organizations
