They are seeking a Head of Marketing Operations to own their entire revenue and marketing technology stack, focusing on CRM strategy, digital advertising, e-commerce, website management, and licensing operations.
Responsibilities
- Own their entire revenue and marketing technology stack
- CRM strategy — platform architecture, lifecycle management, data governance
- Digital & linear ad operations — Google Ad Manager, programmatic DSPs, and broadcast/linear trafficking
- Ticketing & e-commerce — platform strategy, fan experience, conversion optimization
- Website & content ops — CMS strategy, UX optimization, brand standards
- Licensing operations — Master License Agency relationship management, footage/image rights, monetization
Skills
- 7+ years in marketing technology, ad operations, or revenue platforms — ideally inside sports, entertainment, or a fast-paced consumer-facing business
- Hands-on Google Ad Manager experience — not just oversight
- CRM platform depth at the architecture level (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Ticketing or e-commerce platform ownership
- High EQ with senior stakeholders — you'll report to the CMO and interface with enterprise media infrastructure
