Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AlgoChains Incorporated is building AI native infrastructure for automated strategy research, validation, deployment, and monitoring. They are seeking a Head of Marketing who can build their brand from the ground up and grow a community of traders to drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Overall marketing strategy for AlgoChains Incorporated, from brand positioning to go-to-market execution
- Building and growing a community of quantitative traders, strategy developers, and fintech operators who see AlgoChains as their home base
- Content and digital marketing across every channel: thought leadership, social, email, SEO, and paid
- Launch coordination for new products, integrations, and partnerships, working closely with product and leadership
- Demand generation and pipeline support, with clear ownership of how marketing activity connects to revenue
- Marketing analytics and budget management, with a data driven approach to experimentation and optimization
- PR and brand communications, including media outreach, partner marketing, and positioning in fintech and trading circles
- Building a scalable marketing function from scratch, including processes, tooling, and eventual team hires
Skills
- Proven experience in fintech, trading, or SaaS marketing
- A track record of building and engaging communities, not just running campaigns
- Strong brand instincts paired with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in demand generation and pipeline alignment, with comfort connecting marketing spend to revenue outcomes
- Founder level energy. You'll be building the function, not inheriting it
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across channels and audiences
- Comfort with analytics and experimentation tools, and a bias toward measuring everything
- Familiarity in algorithmic trading, market data, or brokerage ecosystems strongly preferred
