Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CareComply is a fast-growing, venture-backed AI startup transforming how nursing homes operate. The Business Operations Lead will work directly with the founders and leadership team to scale customer onboarding, improve operational infrastructure, and launch new business lines in the healthcare market.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation as CareComply rapidly expands to new healthcare customers
- Build repeatable processes that allow us to scale across hundreds of facilities
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions
- Develop validation and quality assurance workflows for AI-powered healthcare products
- Analyze edge cases, improve accuracy, and partner with engineering to refine workflows
- Translate customer insights into product improvements and operational processes
- Own 0→1 initiatives across new products and services
- Build processes for billing workflows, compliance operations, and reimbursement programs
- Partner with clinical experts to translate healthcare requirements into scalable systems
- Support hiring and team-building as we grow
- Create processes that improve how the company operates
- Jump into the highest-priority opportunities and challenges as the business scales
Skills
- 5–10+ years of experience in operations, business operations, consulting, product operations, strategy, startups, or similar roles
- A strong generalist who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Exceptional problem solver who can break down complex problems and drive execution
- Highly analytical and comfortable using data to make decisions
- Strong communicator who can work across customers, engineering, clinical experts, and leadership
- Tech-forward and excited about leveraging AI to transform traditional industries
- High ownership mindset — you proactively identify problems and drive solutions
- Experience at a high-growth technology company
- Experience scaling operations from early stage to growth stage
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or healthcare operations
- Founder or startup experience
- MBA or consulting background
