The Growth Marketing Manager will lead the company's growth strategy, focusing on demand generation and content marketing to drive commercial expansion and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-channel growth and lead generation strategy with 100% focus on marketing efforts into our growth markets
- Drive consistent pipeline growth through any and all digital channels and paid campaigns
- Scale performance marketing channels including paid search, SEO, and emerging AI-powered discoverability acquisition
- Scale WIT’s content strategy and production, including many thought leadership formats like reporting, infographics, video, webinars, case studies, and product marketing
- Explore heavy-hitting content production options and formats to stay ahead of the curve, to hit performance goals
- Oversee Prospect Comms - developing brand voice, strategy, and content calendar
- Lead proprietary event strategy and production – from concept to execution – to generate leads, build community, generate content and strengthen partner relationships
- Manage sponsorship activations and event partnerships that drive awareness and measurable ROI in our target audiences
- Execute media partnership strategies & PR (editorial, sponsored content, advertising) to amplify the reach of our messaging and people
- Enhance and scale HubSpot-driven automation and data strategy for improved segmentation, scoring, and nurture flows
- Launch complex, long-tailed and automated email campaigns and CRM strategy
- Support Business Development with campaign assets, lead enablement tools, and commercial content
- Align closely with Sales and Partnerships teams to ensure consistent messaging, clear value propositions, and effective lead handoff
Skills
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience
- Lead/ Demand-gen campaign experience
- Strong HubSpot, Google Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager ability essential
- Great understanding of what operational excellence looks like
- Demonstrable content creation experience
- Events production experience
- Experience working with the media & executing media partnerships
- Good eye for design and experience working with creative resource
- Strong analytical skills
