They are seeking a GIS Business System Analyst to manage incident intake, prioritize resolutions, and coordinate testing across technology and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead incident intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking
- Manage and track security vulnerabilities including CVE-related risks
- Own Jira backlog including epics, stories, defects, and sprint prioritization with regular discussion with Leader and PO
- Coordinate testing across technology and business teams
- Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide leadership reporting on progress, risks, and impediments
Skills
- 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience supporting GIS or enterprise platforms
- Lead incident intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking
- Manage and track security vulnerabilities including CVE-related risks
- Own Jira backlog including epics, stories, defects, and sprint prioritization with regular discussion with Leader and PO
- Coordinate testing across technology and business teams
- Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide leadership reporting on progress, risks, and impediments
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management (Jira preferred)
