They are seeking a Gemini CX AS / GECX Consultant to work on a specialist Google Customer Experience environment, requiring hands-on experience with Gemini CXAS and the GECX platform.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of Gemini CX AS within the GECX platform
- Work with client stakeholders to understand customer experience and contact-centre requirements
- Provide practical guidance on Google CX AS / Gemini CXAS implementation
- Help shape solution approach, delivery plans and technical decisions
- Identify risks, gaps and dependencies in the CX AS environment
- Collaborate with technical, product and business teams
- Support documentation, knowledge transfer and stakeholder communication
Skills
- Direct Google CX AS experience
- Gemini CXAS experience
- Experience working within or closely around the GECX platform
- Strong understanding of customer experience technology environments
- Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders
- Charlotte NC location, or East Coast US with willingness to travel
- Availability to start quickly
