The Fundraising Consultant will play a key role in developing and executing fundraising strategies to support the company's educational, research, and product initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing fundraising strategies to support LunarTech’s educational, research, and product initiatives
- Identifying and cultivating prospective donors, including individuals, foundations, and corporate partners
- Aligning philanthropic interests with LunarTech’s mission and programs
- Designing and implementing fundraising campaigns
- Managing annual giving efforts
- Supporting planned giving activities where appropriate
- Conducting prospect research
- Preparing proposals and donor communications
- Maintaining accurate records of donor interactions
- Providing strategic guidance on fundraising priorities in the U.S. market
- Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure fundraising efforts are integrated with LunarTech’s broader growth and impact objectives
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising, annual giving, and philanthropy with the ability to design and execute effective campaigns
- Knowledge of planned giving strategies and the philanthropic landscape, particularly within the United States
- Strong prospect research skills and experience identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing donor and partner opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling proposals, presentations, and donor outreach
- Proven ability to work remotely, manage multiple projects, and meet fundraising goals and deadlines
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership and program teams in mission-driven or impact-focused organizations
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with AI, technology, education, or nonprofit sectors is highly beneficial
