Primary Recruiting Services is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for a primarily remote role with minimal onsite requirements in Florida. This role involves leading budgeting and forecasting efforts, partnering with pharmacy leadership to enhance financial performance, and presenting financial analyses to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis for Pharmacy Operations
- Partner with pharmacy leadership to improve financial performance and support operational decision-making
- Analyze reimbursement, revenue, expenses, productivity, and pharmacy performance metrics
- Identify cost savings, revenue enhancement, and process improvement opportunities, including support for 340B initiatives
- Build financial models, dashboards, and performance reporting to support leadership decisions
- Collaborate with Accounting during monthly close and financial reporting activities
- Evaluate the financial impact of new programs, contracts, and operational initiatives
- Present financial analyses and recommendations to pharmacy and executive leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of healthcare finance or FP&A experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to operational leaders
- Accounting/Finance preferred
- Pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or hospital pharmacy finance experience strongly preferred
