Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking an EPM Functional Analyst to support various financial processes. The role involves collaborating with finance teams to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting through EPM applications.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes across business units
- Gather, analyze, and document functional business requirements for EPM and finance system initiatives
- Configure and support EPM applications used for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial close
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to optimize financial planning and performance management processes
- Maintain a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies
- Participate in EPM system implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects from requirements through deployment
- Identify opportunities to improve financial planning processes and recommend system or workflow enhancements
- Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of new system features and enhancements
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and planning models to support business decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve functional issues and ensure successful project delivery
- Provide end-user support, documentation, training, and continuous process improvements to maximize EPM system effectiveness
Skills
- 7+ years of experience working with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), finance systems, accounting, or financial planning solutions
