The Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator will support the execution of the Early Careers recruiting strategy and manage various recruiting events, enhancing the EY Early Careers brand in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the logistics of the Early Careers recruiting strategy including identifying creative approaches to Early Careers recruiting support activities
- Utilizes the Early Careers Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in order to track and report on candidates or event activities
- Supports the relationship building process between candidates and EY professionals
- Liaises and manages communications with Campus Career Services Office and other external stakeholders to facilitate Early Careers recruiting activities
- Plans for and manages in-office candidate visits including event planning, troubleshooting, and facilitating of all on-site program logistics or issues
- Organizes and executes Early Careers events including but not limited to: on-campus events such as information sessions, EY branded events, career fairs, etc., in-office events such as candidate sell experiences, early-ID programs, internship events, etc., and EY programs such as National Intern Celebration, Future Leaders Summit, etc
- Provides on-site support for Recruiter and may stand in for Recruiter when needed
- Liaises with client service teams to solicit help, provide awareness, and provide instructions for various Early Careers events
- Communicates with client service teams to provide recruiting updates, inquiries, and instructions
- Maintains calendar of Early Careers events
- Liaises with TA2 Activation Center for consistency in strategy and messaging
- Maintains knowledge of EY Early Careers strategy, branding, and messaging and supports the creation and use of US-wide templates, procedures, and initiative
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in applicant tracking or recruiting databases/systems
- Maintain professional knowledge and experience; build functional and/or technical knowledge and skills necessary for a high level of accomplishment and keep up-to-date with recent developments related to recruiting, EY brand/messaging, and event procedures
- Collect and synthesize information, identifying issues and escalating as appropriate
- Contribute knowledge and promote a knowledge-sharing culture
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Travel expectations: 20-50% depending on the time of recruiting season
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work with teams in different office locations and promote teamwork
- Strong event planning and logistics skills
- Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing high quality results
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing work environment/priorities
