Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support a large-scale healthcare implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and Genesys Cloud integration, contributing immediately and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows
- Design and build applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Genesys Cloud and other external systems using APIs, Azure services, or middleware
- Develop custom connectors, REST APIs, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls
- Customize portals and extend Dynamics 365 functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and application issues across Dynamics 365, Genesys Cloud, and Microsoft technologies
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Support DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployments
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
Skills
- 3 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / Customer Service development
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Genesys Cloud (required)
- Government healthcare experience, preferably supporting Medicaid Eligibility & Enrollment programs
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate
- Proficiency in: C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, React
- Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, and business rules
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, security roles, solutions, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Experience building custom connectors and REST API integrations
- Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus
- Experience with debugging, unit testing, and performance tuning
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services
- Power BI reporting and dashboard development
- Experience with Omni-Channel, Case Management, and Member/Beneficiary Services
- Experience contributing to Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Associate Certification
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification
