The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Producer III to join a digital production team supporting a large-scale consumer-facing web platform. The role involves managing complex web production initiatives, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of web content.
Responsibilities
- Manage a confidential product or business vertical from initial intake through live site launch
- Receive project briefs from cross-functional stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable project plans
- Build project timelines, establish key milestones, and track progress throughout the production lifecycle
- Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups, including: Go-to-Market teams, Product Marketing, Brand teams, Legal partners, Product teams, Engineering teams
- Facilitate recurring meetings and ensure projects remain on track against deadlines
- Work within an internal content management environment to build, edit, review, and publish web content
- Conduct quality assurance reviews before and after launches
- Identify site issues, document bugs, and partner with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution
- Execute established production frameworks and workflows while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
Skills
- 8–10 years of professional experience in digital production, web production, site management, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience launching and managing web pages or digital experiences from concept through publication
- Strong background in project management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination
