As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining information across multiple internal systems, preparing documentation, and providing essential administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to queries from creditors, debtors, and internal stakeholders, providing clear and accurate information.
- Collaborate with the administration team to obtain missing documents, interpret complex issues, and resolve outstanding items using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Extract, review, and input file details into careerzynith’s internal software (Ascend), ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Calculate income, surplus income obligations, and other financial metrics required for case assessment.
- Conduct legal and regulatory searches across multiple provincial jurisdictions, including PPSA registrations and property valuations.
- Create, review, and route documents for electronic signatures via DocuSign, and file statutory documents with the Official Receiver.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and uphold careerzynith’s data‑security policies at all times.
- Support internal clients by clarifying data discrepancies, providing status updates, and assisting with issue resolution.
- Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives as directed by supervisors.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in high‑volume data entry with a track record of exceptional accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
