Data Solutions Inc. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our expanding team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining various data into our databases, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
• Excellent typing skills and proficiency with data entry software
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• High-speed internet connection and a reliable home office setup

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into company databases and systems
• Verify and correct data where necessary
• Update existing data to ensure it is current and accurate
• Generate reports and perform data backups as required
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency

Educational Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional certification in Office Management or relevant field is a plus
