Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Analyst (HR Compliance)
We are seeking a meticulous, self‑motivated Remote Data Entry Analyst to join our HR Compliance team. This full‑time role, based out of Dallas, TX, offers a competitive rate of $24 per hour and the flexibility to work from home. You will be the guardian of critical compliance data, handling fingerprint records, background checks, and regulatory filings that keep careerzynith aligned with TSA, U.S. Customs, and other federal requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Process daily FBI fingerprint submissions into the Access database, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.
- Audit and verify fingerprint applications for completeness, correctness, and compliance with TSA Clearinghouse standards.
- Maintain and update HR compliance records, including Criminal History Records Checks (CHRC) and TSA data sets.
- Collaborate closely with the HRIS and EC (Enterprise Compliance) teams to reconcile data across multiple systems.
- Generate and distribute custom dashboards and detailed reports that highlight compliance trends, data anomalies, and corrective actions.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on federal regulations, internal policies, and best practices.
- Coordinate with external agencies such as TSA, U.S. Customs, and the U.S. Postal Service to resolve data discrepancies and expedite clearances.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks and recommending automation or workflow enhancements.

Essential Qualifications
