- Process daily FBI fingerprint submissions into the careerzynith Access database, ensuring accuracy and timely upload.
- Conduct thorough audits of fingerprint applications, verifying completeness and correcting any discrepancies before transmission to the TSA Clearinghouse.
- Maintain and update compliance records with TSA, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Service requirements, including the preparation of Air Terminal Power Sheets.
- Collaborate closely with the HRIS and EC (Enterprise Compliance) teams to reconcile data across multiple systems, ensuring consistency and eliminating duplication.
- Generate custom reports and dashboards that highlight compliance trends, data quality metrics, and actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements, data entry standards, and best practices for handling sensitive information.
- Serve as a liaison between careerzynith’s compliance department and external agencies, responding to inquiries and facilitating data exchanges.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
