Role Overview – Customer Service Representative (Remote, Healthcare) As a Remote Customer Service Representative for careerzynith, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our healthcare clients. You will assist members with a wide range of insurance‑reputed company inquiries, from benefits and eligibility to appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices.
