Position Overview: Your Role as a Remote Customer Experience Specialist

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist on our Retirement Plans team, you’ll be the first point of contact for careerzynith customers seeking guidance on their retirement investments. Working Conditions and Remote Environment

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort and convenience of your home office. To succeed, you’ll need a dedicated workspace that is quiet, professional, and free from distractions. Our operating hours are 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central Time, and candidates must have open availability Monday through Friday. Schedule flexibility is essential, as you’ll be assigned shifts that align with customer demand and team coverage needs.

Please note that as a remote employee, you’ll be expected to maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection, a working computer (which careerzynith may provide), and a distraction-free environment during scheduled work hours.
