The roles involve supporting high-profile clients in corporate M&A, finance, and private funds, with responsibilities including drafting complex documents and managing transactions. Responsibilities • Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents (contracts, operating agreements, fund docs, credit agreements) • Manage M&A and finance transactions from diligence through closing • Advise clients on entity structuring, risk, and regulatory matters • Work closely with cross-functional legal teams and external stakeholders • For senior attorneys: lead negotiations, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development Skills • JD from an accredited law school • 3–8+ years (Associate/Counsel) of experience in corporate, finance, funds, or M&A practice, 8+ Partner Level • Strong drafting, analytical, and deal management skills • Comfortable interfacing directly with clients, investors, or counterparties • Portable book of business preferred, but not always required Benefits • Market-leading compensation • Origination bonuses • Scalable advancement • Resources to grow your practice — internal referrals, marketing, and leadership paths Company Overview • Platinum Legal Search Group is one of the worlds most exclusive Legal / Lateral Search recruiting firms.
