[Remote] Contract Clinical Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BioTalent is a specialist oncology CRO focused on early-phase oncology development, seeking a Contract Clinical Project Manager. The role involves owning Phase I/II oncology trials, acting as the main point of contact for sponsors, and driving timelines while maintaining quality in complex studies.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of Phase I/II oncology trials, often first-in-human or dose-escalation studies
• Acting as the main point of contact for sponsors, many of whom are small to mid-size biotechs
• Driving timelines aggressively while maintaining quality in complex, fast-moving studies
• Working closely with clinical sites that are often top oncology research centres
• Managing CRO/vendor relationships where needed, but also rolling up your sleeves when required
• Navigating the realities of early-phase work – protocol changes, fast decision cycles, ambiguity

Skills

• Strong Clinical Project Management experience in oncology
• Proven track record in early-phase trials (Phase I / first-in-human ideally)
• Background in a CRO environment or someone who understands how to operate in one
• Someone who is hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable in less structured environments
• Confident communicator who can deal directly with sponsors and senior stakeholders

Benefits

• $80–$90/hour on a W2 basis
