The Channel Marketing Specialist will execute regional marketing initiatives in collaboration with sales teams and channel partners, focusing on key account development and local market activation.
Responsibilities

- Regional & Account Marketing Execution
- Support regional sales teams on strategic key account plans by executing agreed-upon marketing tactics
- Advise channel partners on co-op marketing investments, ensuring compliance with program guidelines
- Support in-store execution including merchandising, signage, displays, and point-of-sale materials
- Coordinate and execute local events, promotions, and trade shows
- Support both traditional and digital local marketing initiatives, including print, radio, outdoor, paid search, and social
- Assist accounts with local online visibility (store listings, ratings, reviews, and basic local SEO)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand Marketing to activate national programs locally
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of regional marketing initiatives
- Track executional details, timelines, and budgets for assigned programs
- Track program activities, co-op usage, and basic performance metrics
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform future marketing strategies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in field, channel, or regional marketing
- Strong execution, organization, and communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with help to support display execution
- Must have the ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time or more, typically by car, with some overnight travel
- Experience working with sales teams and external partners preferred
