They are seeking a Campaign Management Intern to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of branded campaigns across their media network, ensuring all deliverables are met accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle campaign management from kick-off to completion
- Assist with campaign scoping, timelines, deliverables, and internal documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clarity on campaign requirements
- Manage content drafting, approvals, and upload scheduling
- Ensure all deliverables are published correctly across assigned platforms
- Double-check campaign specs, captions, tags, and timelines for accuracy
- Monitor live campaigns and flag any issues immediately
- Support client-facing communication in a professional and timely manner
- Respond promptly to campaign-related questions or updates
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners
- Track campaign progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain organized records of deliverables and approvals
- Assist with post-campaign wrap-ups and internal reporting as needed
