Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Accel bi corporation is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for Healthcare Provider Outreach in Health IT. The role involves leading provider outreach, managing relationships, and driving the adoption of Health Information Exchange services across rural North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Lead provider outreach and relationship management across rural North Carolina healthcare organizations
- Drive provider onboarding and adoption of statewide Health Information Exchange (HIE) services
- Conduct provider engagement, business development, and customer success initiatives
- Develop and deliver virtual and onsite training programs
- Build relationships with hospitals, physician practices, pharmacies, behavioral health providers, and specialty healthcare organizations
- Present at healthcare conferences, webinars, and industry events
- Analyze provider engagement metrics and recommend improvement strategies
- Collaborate with technical, operational, and leadership teams to improve provider participation
- Support interoperability initiatives and healthcare data exchange programs
- Develop healthcare use cases and promote technology adoption
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in customer relationship management, provider engagement, business development, or healthcare outreach
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, Health Information Exchange (HIE), or healthcare operations
- Experience working with hospitals, physician practices, healthcare providers, or public health organizations
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability and health information exchange initiatives
- Experience using CRM or customer relationship management platforms
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience planning webinars, provider training, or outreach programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build executive-level relationships and communicate technology value propositions
- Willingness to travel within North Carolina when required
