Muzzlab Studio is a social media marketing agency seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Executive to help grow their client base. The role involves generating qualified leads, closing new clients, and building lasting relationships to contribute directly to the agency's growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients who need social media marketing services
- Generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, networking, and other outbound channels
- Schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects
- Understand client needs and present relevant marketing solutions
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Keep CRM and sales records accurate and up to date
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations with potential clients
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Self-disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or account management is preferred
- Experience selling digital marketing or social media marketing services is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and outreach tools is a plus
