The role involves leading business analysis initiatives focused on supply chain and distribution operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Possess strong knowledge of WMS processes and operations, including end-to-end system integrations across CRM, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Procurement, and Financial Systems
- Analyze complex business problems, gather and interpret data, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making
- Plan, execute, and oversee software implementation and rollout activities, ensuring smooth and successful deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Development, Configuration, QA, and Business Operations—to drive project success
- Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in solution design, configuration, and deployment activities to ensure alignment with business requirements
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into clear, concise language
Skills
- Proven experience in IT business analysis within WMS and related supply chain domains
- Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable recommendations
