Stage 4 Solutions is a company that provides services for global retail clients, and they are seeking an Associate Producer for their digital marketing team. The role involves executing and coordinating customer-facing messaging campaigns across various channels while ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and partner cross-functionally with brand teams and vendor teams to set-up, schedule, deploy and maintain approval processes for SMS, Push Notification, and In-App messaging campaigns using third-party marketing platforms
- Manage and create campaign workflows from intake through launch, ensuring deliverables meet timing, quality, and business requirements
- Ensuring graphic assets are delivered for content development accurately and to specifications
- Managing linking setup and validating promotional offers, exclusions, and legal disclosures
- Perform QA testing for messaging content, links, promo codes, and customer experience
- Track projects and communicate updates across teams
- Support U.S. and Canada campaign execution, managing market nuances, and translation coordination
- Troubleshoot campaign or promotional issues as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational processes
- Assist in documenting operational procedures and best practices for campaign execution and QA processes
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, online marketing, interactive production and/or project management
- Experience with SMS, Push Notifications & In-App messaging and a working knowledge of how content is created and deployed
- Excellent communication, organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience
- Ability to keep track of multiple projects and progress of others on team
- High degree of initiative and resourcefulness
- Exceptional detail-orientation, with previous experience in traffic or project management
- Ability to balance team expectations and priorities
- A Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
