They are seeking an experienced AI Automation & Workflow Consultant to help design and implement practical AI solutions that improve their sales, marketing, admissions, referral development, and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop an AI-powered referral development system
- Automate outreach and follow-up with referral sources
- Create an AI assistant for our Sales & Admissions Director
- Streamline CRM documentation and reporting
- Automate meeting summaries and task creation
- Improve lead management and tour follow-up
- Generate referral source and occupancy dashboards
- Identify additional opportunities for automation across the organization
