Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HealthEZ is currently seeking an Account Manager for our Northeast region who will serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned employer clients and broker partners. The Account Manager’s primary responsibility is retention of business, working to build and maintain trusted relationships, understanding each client’s health plan strategy and needs, and coordinating internal resources to deliver consistent, high-quality HealthEZ experience.
Responsibilities
- Reporting and data analytics are critical tools for the Account Manager role and are required for all clients within the assigned book of business
- Maintain a consistent reporting cadence based on client size, complexity, contractual requirements, and service needs
- Review available reporting in advance of client and broker meetings to identify plan performance trends, cost drivers, utilization patterns, service concerns, and opportunities for recommendation
- Ensure reporting discussions are meaningful and actionable by clearly communicating key findings, recommended next steps, responsible parties, and follow-up timelines
- Use reporting to support proactive client consultation, renewal strategy, retention efforts, product recommendations, and overall client satisfaction
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience, with a primary focus on mid-market to large group segments
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Cedargate (or related) reporting platforms
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with broker partners and C-suite
