Position Overview
We are seeking a Remote 1099 Customer Service Representative who will serve as the voice and chat champion for careerzynith’s online beauty community. In this role, you will handle inbound client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, guide customers through product selections, and promote ongoing promotions and loyalty programs. You will work from the comfort of your home, using a Windows‑based computer that meets our technical specifications. This is a full‑time, contractor‑based position offering a competitive hourly rate of $18 plus performance‑based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client requests via phone, live chat, and email, providing accurate product information, order status updates, and assistance with account‑related questions.
- Demonstrate a consistently high standard of service quality, adhering to careerzynith’s brand voice and tone guidelines.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of careerzynith’s product catalog, promotional campaigns, and industry trends to deliver informed recommendations.
- Document every client interaction in the proprietary call‑center database (CSC), ensuring complete and accurate records for future reference.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Training, and Management teams to self‑manage performance metrics and continuously improve service delivery.
- Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handle Time, First Contact Resolution, and Customer Satisfaction scores.
- Transition fluidly between communication channels (voice, chat, email) as required, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions, weekly coaching calls, and performance reviews to refine skills and stay aligned with careerzynith’s evolving standards.
- Adhere strictly to scheduled work hours, including weekend and evening shifts, and maintain a 100 % attendance record during the training and nesting periods.
Essential Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a professional, customer‑facing environment, preferably within the service or beauty industry.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask—reading, typing, and navigating multiple applications while speaking with customers.
- Exceptional oral communication skills with clear diction, proper grammar, and a friendly, enthusiastic tone.
- Strong written communication abilities, including accurate spelling, punctuation, and business‑appropriate language.
- Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
- High level of curiosity and a rapid learning aptitude for new products, tools, and processes.
- Basic computer literacy with experience using Windows‑based applications; familiarity with CRM tools such as Instant Service is a plus.
- Data entry speed of at least 45 wpm and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Flexibility to work a dynamic shift schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and occasional holiday overtime.

Technology & Equipment Requirements
Because careerzynith’s remote environment relies on a secure, Windows‑only infrastructure, candidates must provide their own equipment that meets the following minimum specifications:
- Computer: Windows 10 Professional, Dual‑core 1.2 GHz (Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 or better), 8 GB RAM, 40 GB free disk space (100 GB total recommended).
- Monitors: One or two monitors with at least 1280 × 1024 resolution; Full HD (1920 × 1080) preferred.

- 4 × 10 – Four‑day work week: Ten‑hour shifts, typically three weekdays and one weekend day.
Overtime may be required during peak promotional periods or holiday seasons. Attendance must be 100 % during the initial training and nesting phases.
