Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote) We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our end-to-end hiring process. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and engaging candidatesparticularly those who are qualified and ready to transition into remote work. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding. Screen and evaluate applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure applicant fit. Follow up with applicants promptly and maintain consistent communication. Utilize Apploi and our in-house recruitment system to track candidates and manage the hiring pipeline. Source talents across multiple platforms and identify individuals suited for remote work setups.
